While we sleep our bodies work really hard to repair and cleanse itself so we are ready to take on the challenges of the day ahead. I don’t know about you but I know that when I don’t get enough sleep I am not my best self. I am usually less patient, struggle to focus and be motivated, and less mentally strong, making it harder to manage my worries, fears, and emotions.

There is a term we use in social work called ‘readiness for change’. People aren’t going to make the changes they need to until they are at a place where they are ready to do the hard work and commit to the process. I don’t want you to participate when your not ready and feel frustrated that your not getting the results you need. When does the course start and finish? This course starts tomorrow. Starting tomorrow, for the next 7 days you will receive an email each day with the course video and workbook. However, I have set it up as a self-paced online course. So if you fall behind, don’t stress! You can always come back to sections later, when the timing is right for you.
How long do I have access to the course? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course? We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with the challenge please contact me and let me know how I can make it better!
Is time going to be an issue? This sleep challenge is only 1 week long and will only take about 20-30min/day to complete each lesson. I know we all have so many demands, and so many important things to fit in a small amount of time. However I am also very aware that we make time for the things that matter to us. I encourage you to reflect upon where you can make time over the next week to take that 30min for yourself – it will be worth it!
